OUR MISSION is to make a sustainable, long-term difference to human health. We do this by investing in strategic partnerships and innovative solutions that add value to society and make a significant difference to people’s lives.

The Trust Secondment Strategy Program was launched in 2014 and is a key initiative within the Trust 2020 Strategy.

It enables selected J&J employees in the EMEA region to give back to society in a unique way, by sharing their expertise and skill sets with NGO partners in long-term assignments. This in turn helps to build the NGO’s organisational capacity and outreach.

Program aims:

  • To identify and provide much needed skill sets to our NGO partners
  • To enhance the professional and personal development of J&J employees
  • To strengthen the trust and reputation of J&J by bringing Our Credo to life


What makes this program unique

The Trust Secondment Program places the needs of the NGOs first. We match the right employee with the right skill sets and expertise to make a measurable and sustainable impact to the NGO and its business operations, ultimately supporting the populations they serve. Furthermore, J&J employees are able to build both their professional and personal development, whilst bringing fresh learnings and insights back into the business.
